Bad service and taking my money without giving me what I paid for.

I ordered a phone cover the 2nd of August and I did the payment but still haven't received what I paid for I keep sending messages but they either ignore it or leave me on read. They said I'll get it soon but it has been 3 months and I have not received it yet.
