**** on Tiktok

I ordered a moonsac (make up bag) online through this company on 5th Dec 2022. I had to pay R345 immediately. To date (2 March 2023) I still have not received my order. One email I sent was answered - I was told shipping takes 15 - 20 Days. Another email requested my ID number and date of birth (this raised a few red flags as I had already paid. They had had the delivery address. So why did they need my ID and date of birth???? Since then emails have remained unanswered. There is no tracking number.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!! IT'S A **** !!!!!!
