Worst Service

Mall@reds the worst service. On Friday 14 October 2022 today, I came in to have a sit down and get something to eat…I ordered a drink and minutes later I ordered a burger from a different waiter (guy with a beard)

I waited for about 20min and asked from someone else how far my food was, as the restaurant was empty and honestly making a burger doesn’t take long.

The waiter came back and told me my order was not place.

This is truly unacceptable and unprofessional. And also the manager making excuses for the waiter I found it disrespectful. How can you go out for lunch without making sure the client is being attended to. (Am definitely recommending for waiters to go back to training)

Argh come on guy.

Y’all have lost a loyal customer due to carelessness of your waiter.
