Have phoned them several times to indicate we have not received delivery of newspaper but to no avail. they do not follow through. Advertisers are paying them to ensure that newspaper reaches every home in several towns yet they do not care. Have spoken to Lerato, Penny and many others who just take your details down saying that matter will be attended to next week.
