Mooiste Mooi Photographer lacks communication and delivers nothing

Please do not use Mooiste Mooi photography (Candace Niemand), I am not sure if this is even the name she always goes by.

She has taken all of our money and delivered nothing. It started from our engagement shoot and stretched right through to our wedding. Where communication was terrible and there was always an excuse not to deliver. She said she would do something then just never followed through OR she just stopped contacting me altogether but would reply to other family members of mine.

She was so quick to throw up her terms and Conditions but she hadn’t followed through with any of them. It states that photos cant be released without payment in full, which I did- but it also states photos will be received after 30working days- and our engagement shoot was the 14 January and I am still waiting in March.

Eventually I actually got another photographer for the wedding because I didn’t know if she was even going to show. She did eventually show up at 14:30 when i was about to walk down the aisle at 15:00- she had missed mine and the groom’s entire getting ready process. My sister told her when she finally arrived that we were all unhappy with her services leading up to the event and that we had an arranged a second photographer. She didn’t agree with this and then walked out on us without anyone asking.

Needless to say I am so happy I arranged another photographer. But for your safety and stress levels, please do not use this person and any of her services. I cannot understand how people get away with doing things like this.
