A year later - no photos

I have been waiting almost a year for my wedding photos and my maternity shoot. My maternity shoot was split into two sessions, the second session was rescheduled 3 times before it actually occurred.

The communication is terrible, I am now being ignored completely after months of requesting my photos after paying for the shoots upfront.
