Super service over many years

I can only speak for myself, but unfortunately negative experiences tend to attract more reviews. Likewise I then also believe in giving credit where it is due. I joined Mooirivier brokers in 1995 and after 29 yrs I can honestly say I have only experienced super professionalism and prompt response. We have had damage claims, we have had a car ******, we have accidents, we have had breakdowns and in each and every incident their response was quick, super efficient and super professional. This is exactly what I expect from an insurance company, to relieve the stress associated with an unwanted and unfortunate incident. Based on my experience I advised my children of the same and they have had the exact same experience. I have had various companies trying to beat their price and as yet they have been unable to. With this type of experience it becomes really difficult to consider anyone else even if the price might be a bit lower. Well done Mooirivier.
