One of the worst of the worst?

Whatever you do, stay away from Mooirivier Brokers. They used to be the best of the best until I now wanted to move my insurance to them. The broker did not listen to what I had explained to him as our (my daughter's and my) insurance is to be quite complicated. Firstly the quotation arrives, including everything as requested. Then I pay the first premium and email him proof of payment. That was on Friday. Today late I receive the policy which is quite different from the quote. Now I will start to battle getting my money back from them. Very disappointed......service on the South Coast of KZN was excellent. Within half an hour both my daughter and I could sort out our insurance with Outsurance and are covered. We were without insurance since last Friday without being aware of that.
