Altering terms and then cancelling on us

Still trying to get my money back from these people. After constantly changing the terms after I booked and paid the deposit, Wena-Mar? M?ller finally cancelled on us 4 days before we were set to arrive. Unwilling to even talk to me - she slams the phone down in my ear as soon as I give my name, resorting rather to making email threats in all caps large red font, bold and underlined (I kid you not).<br> So childish and irrational, why even risk it if there are so many other options available?
