Thysseymore deposit refund no where to be seen

I had a year contract at mooikloof ridge in 26highlands an apartment under Thysseymore apartments, at the time of my departure a review Was done and they provided an invoice days later and was promised that by the 24 or 27 of May 2019 my deposit refund will be in my account, as told by Nicole the person I was communicating with. At this very moment I have not yet received my deposit and each time I have to email Nicole for feed back which last email was informed that I would personally have to check with the Thysseymore maintenance department for the follow up on the deposit refund. It has been a month since I left 26highlands & my deposit is no where to be found.this people are so eager to tell you about deposit when you move in but it is such a hustle to return what is rightfully mine.very disappointed, will not recommend Thysseymore to anyone.
