DO NOT USE THEM TO RELOCATE YOUR PETS

Watch out. This company had proven their unsatisfactory service time and time again and it has gotten to a point where I am just angry at myself for trusting them in the first place.

Our misstep with MCAC started a month before my dogs' supposed arrival. First, our agent (lets call her Ally). Although she was incredibly sweet, she was also troublingly ***********. We were assured that out dogs will be able to arrive in Poland on the 20th of October 2021. All was well. She then without ANY warning left and we were left dealing with (lets call het Julia).

Julia was again super nice, but unfortunately that does not mean that MCAC has good service. We then found out that our pets will be arriving a week later with a 28 hour stopover in Doha. This is the first time that we were told of the regulations regarding pet flight times, but we brushed it off. We though that the fault was with Ally. If only I knew then was I know now.

Their faults unfortunately doesn't stop there. 1. They left SO MUCH of the getting of information for me to do, although WE WERE PAYING THEM THOUSANDS!!! 1.1 They "could not" get in touch with custom clearance in Poland - I did within a couple of days. 1.2 They "could not" find out about the border vet regulations for Poland - I did within hours. 1.3 They had the wrong EU health certificates - I got them the right ones from the EU's website. 1.4 They did not know in what language the documents should be sighed - I contacted the border vet and found out within 2 hours. All things that we were paying them to do and complete. Not only did they not have the correct information on hand, they left it to us to get.

I wish that that would have been the end of dealing with MCAC, but alas. After all their incompetencies were accounted for by myself, my wife and the custom clearance company things unfortunately just got worse. Literally 5 hours before my dogs were supposed to be flying we were told that MCAC DOES NOT HAVE A LICENCE FOR COMMERCIAL SHIPMENT!

This is more than just incompetence, this is *****. They accepted our business knowing FULL WELL that they would not be able to perform. THE WORST PART?!?! When I spoke to their COO, he tried to shift blame to ANYONE but them.

First, it was our fault because I had arrived in Poland 7 days before our dogs would. When we informed him that we told our agent about it weeks before my actual flight, blame was shifted again. Then it was corona virus's fault. Apparently their licence had expired and because off low staff they could not get their actual documentation from the department fast enough. When I told him that this SHOULD NEVER affect their clients, and they should not have excepted our business if they did not have the required licencing blame was shifted once again. This was truthfully quite funny. Apparently Qatar Airways was to blame because in the past they would call MCAC and cancel flights without notice. I asked the COO if that is what happened with my dogs, he sinfully said no. He had no reply when I asked him why this information was then given as an excuse.

Unfortunately there is so much more, but at the end of the day, my dogs will be in a kennel for a minimum of a month because or their ineptitude. I would not recommend my worse enemy to use MCAC.

If you have any amount of love for your pets, DO NOT USE MCAC as your relocator. If I could give them a "0star" I would.
