I ordered and paid online on Sunday 28 th July 3 thermal rain jackets from Mooihome. On Monday 29th I emailed the company to enquire when I could expect delivery of my order. They rep**** that it normally takes between 21 to 28 days from payment. Their Facebook adverti*****t said nothing about having to wait this long as well as they said it was the last day of this special sale. This is a lie as this advert is still on Facebook 4 days later. I emailed the company back and told them that I either want my order delivered within a week or a refund. I have not had any reply as well as the phone number that they have on Facebook does not exist. Be careful
