Don't buy from Mooi&co they are dishonest

I bought a dress from them because they said they were in Cape Town. The dress was advertised as silk chiffon, but it arrived from china and the design was not the same and it was polyester exactly what I did not want. They are so polite in their emails, because they know that I am just another customer that won’t get satisfaction, the problem with a refund is they do not pay for shipping back to them, but it is double the price of the dress so now I am stuck with a floor rag which cost me R1300
