No safety regards to customers

Very disappointed in Mr price mall mooi river, first my mom's purse gets ****** out her bag, now my daughter gets pick pocketed and has her iphone ******. And they have to camaras to check who it was. Why is that, that phone is so expensive. So this place isn't safe then, when will you take proper precaution? When a child gets ******? You puting everyone at risk with your low budgetring safety is supposed to come first. It's a good as a ****** CBD at this point,I feel sorry for the people who there. I'm sure they have *****s roaming around and the people on top don't Wana spend on customer safety
