Bad service from MOOI BEDDEGOED

<p>In September i placed and order for bedding for a babyroom with Alicia Pretrorius from MOOI BEDDEGOED. On her request i paid the full amount of R2570-00 into her account on 21 September 2016. I had no communication from her after payment was done. In the meantime i asked her how far my goods are where she, for the first time, told me the waiting period was 10 weeks. Ok i waited the period out. On 30 November it was 10 weeks. On 1 December i contacted her where she informed met that she could only deliver at the end of January 2017. I could not accept that as the baby was due in December. I cancelled my order and requested her to pay the R2570-00 into my banking account. Now this is where the trouble starts. She informed me that she can pay it off, which i did not approve of as i did not hesitate to pay her in full. She told me that she would make a payment the middle of December but till date nothing has been paid. I have no way of contacting her as she has blocked me on her phone as well as on her FB page. So now i have lost R2570-00 as she has actually ****** my money. I am NOT happy about this but i can assure her that this is going to cost her way more than R2570-00 as i am handing her over to my lawyer as soon as she is back at office.</p>
