Moodley Movers - Service Excellence *****

Would like to compliment Moodley Movers on a 5 star service . I had the opportunity of utilizing their services as one of my trucks which was en route to Bloemfontein broke down. I contacted Ashika and within 5 minutes she called me back saying that she will re-route her truck which was on the way from Cape Town. The truck arrived with Vishay being the driver ( fantastic guy), their guys started moving the furniture out of my truck into theirs, packed properly and left back to deliver at my clients place in Bloem. Bear in mind this was a salvage operation on the side of the road. Thomas then called me to reassure me that all the stuff was delivered safely and that the client was more than happy.<br> <br> I had a very unhappy client at first but because of Moodley Movers saving the day i eventually now have a very happy chappie in a client and understood fully about the braekdown.<br> <br> These guys are brilliant.
