Very disappointing experience. I went with my two children for back massages, foot massages and facials, and my daughter also had a hand and foot treatment. We were only five minutes late, which I understand can affect the appointment, but we were still charged in full even though my daughter’s feet weren’t done. The foot massages were basically just having our feet washed and pressed a few times, and the back massages felt like we were simply being rubbed. We were also told we couldn’t have our facials because we were five minutes late. The staff member who treated me was unfriendly, and unlike the clients before us, we weren’t even offered a beverage. I’ve had many massages before, and this was honestly the worst I’ve experienced. I left feeling very disappointed and unfortunately will not be returning. It also left me wondering whether being voucher customers affected the way we were treated.

My mom and I were gifted vouchers for manicures and I am DISGUSTED! We arrived and the parking garage was locked, we had to wait for it to be opened, the guy came walking out like he was on lunch. Then after entering, the studio was empty and two ladies were on their phones. They seemed irritated that we had come for our booking and didn't even properly greet us they just asked for the coupons then told us to wait for 20 minutes even though we were EARLY and the studio was empty? Anyways, when they started they removed the nice towels and set down PAPER TOWELS for us to rest our hands on and started filing and buffing, not even a hand soak or clean first which means they probably have dirty equipment. The colour choices were horrible and everything we wanted was empty. The bottles were horribly dirty and covered in nail polish, looks like your 12 year old sisters collection not a beauty salon. When she finishes filing my hands she picked up the paper towel and SHOOK IT OFF NEXT TO HER ONTO THE FLOOR TO REUSE IT. That was so gross and I saw a pile of skin lying on the floor now. They made no conversation and seemed like they wanted us gone. No coffee or tea was offered or even water when asked. We had already been at our appointment for 30 minutes when the owner called to see if we'd found the place ok and had been helped. They did the most BASIC of nails, beginner level, definitely not worth the money. And when they were done they started packing up in silence and didn't even say thank you just asked us to leave. We felt so uncomfortable the whole time as if we weren't supposed to be there, everything even the UV machines were filthy. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK EVER AGAIN

I am so disgusted with mood beauty services. Don't be fooled and do not purchase vouchers from wikideals to do your spa days there. Firstly I have been sending emails to wiki deals for a refund - still no response . I booked a couples massage in October. My guests so disgusted by the spa day Dirty oily towels was used on them. They were offered black ricoffee.. No choice was given. When they used the toilets. For number 2 there was no toilet paper. They weren't given a choice on the option they really wanted. When they complained about the towels they were told there are not enough towels so they re use their towels on clients🤢🤢 My guest had itchy ****les all over her body. What a bad experience.

I'd purchased a coupon, against my better judgement, for a couples massage session and made contact, as instructed on the coupon, to make an appointment. I was told by the person who answered to refer to WhatsApp to make the booking. In the automated response, there's an option to use an app to make the booking which I did and also found the coupon as an option which I'd selected and made a booking. This was promptly canceled and I got a phone call from a rather angry lady, whose name I won't mention, telling me I hadn't followed the process correctly as I should've called. Besides repeatedly telling her that this is what I'd done, she tried to make it seem as if I was the one who made the mistake of booking online when all I did was follow every instruction given to me. The cancelation was due to unavailability and she offered me a booking for late in December, which was a month after the initial booking. This wasn't a very pleasant experience at all, and I hadn't even visited the salon. Most likely, speaks volumes of the service.
