Terrible experience at Monument Panelbeaters

I took my vehicle in for assessment as advised by my insurance assessor and was advised that the repair would take no longer than 2 weeks. I was told that I would be added to the waiting list for a courtesy vehicle. I was then told the repair would take three weeks and later four weeks. When I complained I was told that the vehicle would be ready at the three week mark. When I went to collect the vehicle not all of the damage had been repaired and there was additional damage to the vehicle that was not there when I booked it in for repair. I was told that parts might be on back order and that the parts guy was not available and that the photos would have to be reviewed to confirm the condition at assessment. The quality of the workmanship was also poor. To date I have not received any further communication from them or received a courtesy vehicle. This is now week 4.
