Poor bad service

I was involved in a car accident in September my car was towed and taken to Monument Panel beaters as the approved panel beaters to fix my car. I am writing this with sadness and anger as I am still without a car they insurance claim was long approved beginning of October I also paid excess amount of R3000 but I keep being told that my car will only being fixed in January 2023 and I won't get a courtesy car as the list is very long and there's nothing they can do. What makes me angry is tge ladies who call us and are rude on the phone and they keep speaking afrikaans in the background thinking that I don't understand what they are saying and yet I do. I got a call on Monday the lady when I was trying to get answers from her she got all defensive and very rude and point-blank told me that there's nothing they can do. So I am supposed to be without a car for 3months and yet I am paying for it what nonsense is that I am so angry at my insurance ABSA for approving such panel beaters under their names and yet we get such service. I am very angry and I work far from where I stay I work 2hrs away from home now I am subject to them telling me stories about parts only coming in December why wasn't I told this before paying ibwas told that after paying it will yake 7 to 14 working days for the car to fixed not 3months. The other thing me and my husband we must call them for information yet they have our car they don't even call us to give us feedback. I am just not happy at all

Dear client, Monument Panelbeaters would like to apologise for your frustration with the delay in repairs.  At the time I could not log into HelloPeter to reply on your message, however the ladies from our office did contact you telephonically and explained to you that your vehicle's parts were all given OEM and some critical parts were on back order from the factory for >30 days.  Again, there are many factors that may cause a delay in repairs - all of which are not necessarily the panelbeater's fault.  I.e in this case a back order part is out of our hands.  Please refrain from badmouthing a company without stating facts. Yours sincerely Jana Haasbroek
