Monument Panelbeaters are the worst

Dear Monument Panelbeaters. Please note that my car that was sent by FNB insurance to you on the 28th of January 2023 and was with you for 2 and a half months is in a worse condition than it was before the accident. I am not sure if weather you took advantage of me because I am a young black woman who does not know anything about cars. 1. My car came back with noise that I cannot tell where it is coming from, 2. My radio was mul-functioning, I had to have someone fix that. 3. I just found out that the engine cover is missing, I do not know how to open a car unfortunately but I could tell something was amiss. 4. one part was hanging down and had fallen off from it's secure place.

I hope FNB insurance paid you well for this.
