I've dealt with the staff of Monument Panel Beaters for over a year and found them to be polite with myself at all times . My son has worked there for over a year , and I must stipulate that the management takes care of their staff . I think most industries currently are affected and shifted by the external economical factors as a whole , so one cannot blame a company for one minor problem , which by the way management resolved . This company is at least providing jobs which we all know are scarce at present . The owner and management has made some drastic changes in refurbishing the workshop and the exterior of the property to accommodate their customers . The staff seems to have undergone formalized training .
