Overcharging-Electricity

urgently need your help, I live at no 15 Montmatre Matre 06 St Georges Street Yeoville with my 60 yrs old mom and 7 years old son, we both work and everyday we leave the house at 6am and return back home at 18h00 pm, we bath and cook once a day and sometimes not, but our electricity bill is way too much compared to other tenants in the building who got more people in their flat, we have raised the issue with the Caretaker Malcolm to address the issue to the building Manager George Poulton, but we still not getting any joy, I sent an email to George and he promised he will double check with Motla the meter reading company but he has not come back to me and his response again was should there be a mistake on the meter reading the body corporates will be accountable for, this raised an alarm to me that there must be someone finding with our electricity bill, for years we been overcharged and we thought they will sort this out but it's still CONTINUING. Our electricity bill for end of Jan was R452. 00 and now came back R1200. There is no way we can consume electricity up to that amount when there is no one at home all day.
