Very Bad Customer Service

Bad Customer Service. I sent in a complaint on the 18th of March regarding 6 x 1 Litre Long Life milk that is completely sour. The packing date was 05/03/25, Expiry 30/11/25. I was informed your technicians are currently fixing the machine manufacturing the UHT Milk. It's been 3 weeks, and no replacement given. Everytime I email Agnes, I get your distribution department will be in contact. This is now the 3rd week, and still no replacement. I am utterly disgusted by your *********** personnel that csn not even follow up and communicate properly with a customer. My emails are being ignored. I will not recommend your products to anyone as your after sales service is very bad. Employ competent people to do their jobs properly, as this is very bad business for Montic.
