LON G LIFE MILK SOUR

I Bought some Montic Long Life Milk Expire date November 2015, and when I opened the box it was already sour. Contacted Montic, they will supply refund. Nearly 2 months later and I am still awating feedback, refund anything. Customer Services does not even reply on emails any more.
