WELL DONE MONTHLY MADNESS

I placed an order as I have done in the past, but some of this order was not what I was expecting, so asked to return it this morning. Was not looking forward to this process as experience with other online returns in the past was very frustrating with other service providers. They responded immediately and were clear and concise as to what I needed to do. Items have already been collected by lunchtime and the refund has already been processed for payment, which will take a couple of days. It is not always about there being a problem, but how the organization resolves the problem which makes a big difference. I will definitely order again. :-)
