Used and damaged items sold as new

Ordered a tv box and keyboard on Takealot (no problems with Takealot, they were brilliant) supp**** by the company Monthly Madness. The item arrived: 1. No keyboard in box - was part of combo deal 2. TV Box was used - there was already a google account linked to the box (pictures are available) 3. The digital display on the TV box showing the time was damaged. The numbers where not showing correctly. 4. The media launcher was not working.

Sending it all back. Not a happy customer.
