Monthly Madness makes right

After two deliveries of the incorrect products (I ordered an Android TV Box), I gave Monthly Madness a 1 star rating and asked for a refund. They refunded me immediately. They asked if they could have the opportunity of making things right and offered to send me another TV Box free of charge. This I have now received. They also threw in another product for free which they thought would help me. I appreciate their efforts at making things right.
