Your service stinks

A booking was made on Friday the 29th May 2015 for dinner at 6pm on the 30th May 2015. A lady by the name of Londiwe made my reservation and confirmed that all was in order for dinner on the 30th May 2015. On arrival at the restaurant there was no booking and my name was not on the list. The man who was standing at the door was very rude and told me that the bookings had closed on Thursday already. I was told that there is nothing that they can do and that i should go somewhere else or stand outside and wait for a table, upon which i asked how long will it take for us to get a table. His reply was \I don't know how long you will have to wait"Thanks a million to the *********** management & staff of Billy G for spoiling my mum's birthday. Your service is pathetic and i would not recommend this restaurant to anybody.
