Worst treatment ever at Monte

I have been a client for some years only to experience racial segregation in the prive. I was ignored by John John, khotso and another guy. They helped a white gentleman and ignored me. When I asked for help they literally chased me away. I went to a superviser whom I told to check footage instead of doing anything she allowed John John to come and “apologise” instead of apologising he interrogated me on whether it was him who chased me away or the other guy. My mom ended up telling him it’s ok we not upset because of the means by which our complaint has been dealt. What poor service for people of Color. I am a manager myself and I would never treat a client this way. This happened 30/09/23 between 2.30 and 3am. I am appalled
