Worst service in country

Worst customer service ever experienced in my life from security officials named Rejoice and guest relations Moses complete disregard or empathy shown to a reasonable request that there junior staff were quite prepared to assist and their best to accommodate. Paranoid and accusations were flung at standing behind so called company policy. Making me to feel like a ******** and even after I was able to prove the proof required it still didn't make any difference. Not even an apology or any empathy shown to me as a customer. Iam fed up of this and will take the matter further. I have to prove DNA and when I do I get fobbed off and ignored.Most disgruntled .
