Worst dining experience.

I had gone to the Suncoast branch of Billy G. I was extremely shocked and disappointed by the entire experience. I have been to some really horrible restaurants but I have to say Billy G tops the list. I have never been to a restaurant as bad as this.

There were zero covid protocols being followed aside from needing a mask to enter. No social distancing or masks whatsoever in the never ending queue to get food. The waiters were standing in groups and screaming and laughing louder than the customers that were eating. The food was pathetic, I could not stomach more than one bite of everything I took and I tried to sample everything to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt. It seems like the chef was not only inexperienced but had also never heard of salt and pepper to at least provide some sort of flavor - the food was beyond bland and tasteless. The food was also cold, dry and hard. For R230 being such a steep price, you would think that drinks would at least be included. But instead we paid R45 for a 1.5l of coke. Extremely disappointing and I will not be returning or recommending the restaurant to anyone.
