Worst customer service

I honestly don't think you are taking me serious as the customer here.

1. You wrote my email address incorrect I gave you a benefit of a doubt and called to fix that. 2. You took the whole week to send me a quote after promising me it will be sent on Tuesday 3. You don't answer my calls 4. After reminding you. The quote is incorrect.

Now I feel like I have to teach you your product. I'm worried that if you treat me like this before I even get there how would it be when I get there. even thinking of canceling
