Worst and disappointing service ever received from management at Billy G Gold Reef

Poor and unfair service at Billy G Gold Reef City. I was never so disappointed in my life I called to make a reservation today 24th January on a Tuesday and was turn down saying that they are not open on a Monday and Tuesday so I asked if I can still come tomorrow for my free meal and was told no it doesn't work that way. A supervisor that was not even willing to escalate the matter for me(Motsamain is his name). He was so cold and just said it's fine you can go to social media and that's why I am here, very very disappointed😢
