Worse Hotel

(the Palazzo Hotel) So disappointed, this used to be my best hotel in Gauteng. Sadly it is now one of the worst I have ever stayed at. Needed to move to 2 different room last night (10hr30pm) with my little one due to noise and terrible smell of smoke from down stairs. This is my 3rd time that is happening to me and my family, so much to go and relax, a waste on money. The manager were good to move us but my stay was a waste of money and we did not have a great time.
