Withdraw more money from my account then I permitted them

I had the worse experience which is unfortunate because I actually my recent visits I come all the way from East London to just be ******** out of my money. I visited the Casino and I requested a withdrawal of R600 with my business cheque card amd the cashier processed an amount of R2000 when I asked her she said she distinctly told me she heard I said R600 but she found herself putting R2000. She then told the manager they just said sorry and I had 2 options either I take the 2K or I wait 7days for a reversal. I ended obviously up playing the whole 2K but I feel like they promote responsible gambling but don't practice it because I forced to play more than I wanted to. Also I spoke to Joseph today who is the manager and he just simply said sorry mam you qualify for a complimentary meal. How do you *******ly process an amount on a customer's Bank Card knowing I can't do anything about it.
