Very disponed at Montecasino

I visited Montecasino on the 3rd March 2021 the system kept on freezing my card and it will take hour plus to fix the issue........the most irritating part is that I believe the freezing was done intentionally..........I started suspecting it was done intentionally when both both shifts manager fail to tell why the card kept freezing to an extend that they were not even interested in talking to me

I believe that once in a while you have to allow one or two people to win and above I felt undermined.
