very bad service at billy g gold reef city

I booked at billy G gold reef city for my mothers surprise birthday supper

When i made the booking i was told that the price was R185 ,Tuesday the 6th April they called me to confirm my booking and i was not told that it was a promotion and the price is R210...

When we got to the place and went to eat the waiters through my food on my plate like they were doing me a favor or like i never paid for it and they were giving it to me for free i stood and waited for almost 10 minutes for them to give me a roast potato ,and i took 2 myself and than the waiter was very rude to me and i almost lost my **** and hit him

Just before we left the one lady waiter called me aside and requested that i give her a R200 tip and nothing less than that when i asked why i was not told about it she told me this when i made the booking the first time she told me it is between you and your waiter,I have received very bad service at this place My food was ice cold and had no taste the plates we ate in was dirty,the waiters are very rude and does not even treat you with any respect

i would not recommend this place to anyone the service is ridiculous and the people are not very friendly ,their food is terrible and there was not much to choose from

I am not very happy with the service i received and something needs to be done about this place because they are rude to their customers and as far as i know our customers should be happy at all times
