Unpaid refund

I stayed at Piazza hotel montecasino from 23/03/25 to 26/03/25 and they were supposed to refund me R630, they even gave me a receipt that proves I'm due to receive R630 and they said it would take 48hrs but to date I have not received it. When I call and email, I do not receive an answer.
