Unfairness from Montecasino Movies

We purchased a date night combo voucher in March 2021, only used up the dinner voucher. Went into quarantine and unable to use the movie voucher. Only got out of quarantine on 12 April 2021. When we were searching to see what movies were available, we saw on Montecasino website that they no longer screen movies on Mondays to Wednesdays. We called the offices, only to be told we must read the T&Cs, the T&Cs on the voucher does not say that movies are not screened on Mondays to Wednesdays, but does have expiry date of 14 April 2021. It must be noted that we wanted to use the voucher before the expiry date but there was no screening. Montecasino refuses to extend the usage of the voucher, really. They should have rather stated the expiry date then to be the 11 April and not 14 April 2021. False representation. All i am asking is for fairness!
