THIS PLACE IS A JOKE

Absolutely disgusting treatment... They are ruining a promotion where you spend R500 and get an entry to win a ferrari. We went to watch Peter pan on ice. We gad lunch at Ocean Basket where we spent R580 on lunch. When we got to the ticket office we were told that we cannot enter as we need to spend another R20. So out of pure anger my brother walked out and tore up the slip. We got the slip that was peices and went back to the lady for him as he was too annoyed. The we asked to speak to a manager when telling the manager what happened and who helped she asked the lady why she said we cant enter the lady then told us that she did not help us. Shes never seen us. I was with my brother. As we trying to explain that we DID spend more than R500 (we were very ****ed off and angry) the lady lady and man working next to her laughed at us.

The manager said she had to get her manager. We waited 30 minutes for her to fetch the manager just to be told that we have to wait for the promotions people to sort it out.

We were not the only ones, another group of people spent R1500 and because the slip wasnt stamped they couldnt enter either...

We spent R580 on food R1000 on Peter pan tickets R150 on snacks at the show R50 on coffee... Just to be told we didnt spend enough..

ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! This is such a joke. And so is Monte... i will not support them again! Absolutely disgusting behavior from all representing the place .
