Theatro tickets sold under false pretense!

I recently purchased 3 tickets to watch the musical ‘must see’ sound of music show of 2018 at the Montecasino Theatro. When purchasing these tickets I was shown normal seating at the same price as all other seats in the row(R300), however upon arrival at the theatro these seats didn’t exist. Instead we were shown to three wooden chairs, on which we had to sit for more than 2 hours! This was THE most uncomfortable experience of having to constantly reposition ourselves in order to find a comfortable position whilst watching the much awaited theatre musical. Certainly an experience from the so called MoONTECASINO an ‘award winning, classic and contemporary theatre of Johannesburg. Surely we should have been informed that there are no other seats available and we should have been given the choice of either booking another day’s show or these wooden seats. Totally unacceptable, Montecasino!!!!
