Terrible service, and food

So as I'm writing this I'm sitting at Billy G restaurant at Suncoast in a corner outside waiting for service to get our drinks order taken. It's the first time we visiting this place , we usually frequent A2A sibaya with no issues at all, we have been provided with rude service from the entrance that should've been a sign for us to leave but we had already paid, we were directed to a corner 2 seater in the end of the premises outside with no cutlery, we also are waiting for our order for drinks to be taken so eating with no drinks ! Worst service ever the staff are extremely rude n the food is terrible this is the worst first time experience in all my years of dining. I will never recommend that anyone visits this place unless you are up for terrible service. I am also making sure this goes on Facebook along with the pictures , Twitter and ECR. So finally I get a waitress after asking for one and I get my cool drinks 20 minutes later and I am told that there are no glasses???? Seriously? Well let's see what else in in store for us shall we
