Terrible service

I have never met anyone in the service industry with such a bad attitude towards its customers!<br> Not only was the food terribly and just plain untasteful the service by one of their managers - Raymond was terrible.<br> If I was the owner or Manager I would give his a final written warning especially because I have worked in the hospitality industry for many years and I know that behaviour such as his is unacceptable!
