Terrible place! Food is not up to standard - staff are not trained well

I’m terribly unhappy with the service at the Billy G at Gold Reef City and food at this place. Bookings were made for a special occasion and told firstly the Birthday person could eat free which was not the case as she needed her ID but this was not communicated to us. Then the waitress that served us was extremely slow the drinks took forever, they do not stock simple drinks and you then forced to buy Drinks in 1lt or 1.5lt????? and also the food was not enjoyable at all, food tasted processed and extremely unappetizing One had to constantly ask for dishing up utensils and also the dessert I wanted was finished and not replenished. I think this establishment is a big joke. I’d like a full refund of my money for my family of 5 I paid for R800!!!!! With immediate effect
