Terrible guest relations and experience for platinum members

Monte keeps changing theit cards. They don't inform card holders then I must pay at the entrance bec the parking ppl have a superiority complex. Then u get to guest relations and they say oh well mammy that's the way it is. We sent one sms last year if u didn't get it then not their fault
