Terrible food and Service

We had the worst experience at Billy G last night for Valentines. We got there and waited in a line for 10min after we made a booking during the day, when we got in 80% of the food was already finished. The meat and potatoes that we took was already cold , we went upstairs and sat at the table, then we had to call a manager to assist us with knives and forks, when we got it all of the food in our plates was cold, we had to ask them for our wine that we got together with the meal , they didn't have stock of what we wanted so we took another bottle, waited for glasses until we finished our food, the lasagna pasta was still raw and rock hard, the plates that they supp**** us with had hair in them , I took pictures of this and think that this place is the worst and will never go back there. Restaurant was so loud couldn't even hear any music.
