Tables in restaurant not cleaned

I was at your hotel for lunch on Saturday the 21 after attending the coffee and chocolate show at Monetecassino , I arrived was seated in the restaurant to discover that the table was full of spilt drinks and sugar, i asked the waitress to please come and clean the table, she came back put the two menus on top of the mess, i then asked her to please clean the table, she said she would and left, i waited for ever and ever and she never arrived, so I got and walked out and advised the manager at the restaurant and the front manager in reception,. I did write to the general manager of the hotel and now she advises me there is nothing she can do as she can't see exactly when the incident happened, so both staff who i reported my problem to on the Saturday, the manager of the restaurant and the front office manager in reception cant remember all of a sudden. by the way the gentleman at the reception desk in-front wore glasses and had a slender build. I will not be back to your hotel again,. I have been numerous times to your hotel in the past for lunch.
