So basically, we had a girls' night out and decided on Billy G. Unfortunately, Billy G at Gold Reef city was fully booked, so we went to Billy G Montecasino. Biggest mistake!!. We had a booking for 7. We stood outside in a long line, which was understandable because we were many. We get inside dololo. We stood there until a lady approached us and asked for the person who made the reservations name. Long story short. She then asked the security at the door where she should put us ( mind you, we had a reservation which stated RESTAURANT). We stood there while they decided. She then placed us at a table, which was so dirty. It was oily and it had onions on the chairs and food on the floor. It was disgusting, really. She then disappeared. We had to call for assistance as we had no cutlery. Our waitress was missing in action most of the time so we couldn't order drinks. When we saw her, we had to call her. The food was horrible. The meat was hard and barely chewable. The desert table was empty with just 2 trays of whatever that was. My friends were rushing to get home. I've been to Billy G gold reef city a few times, and I must say my experience at Billy G gold reef city was far better than Billy G Montecasino. Gold reef city staff is more professional, and their restaurant is far cleaner. The food is far better, and the experience is top notch. I will never ever go back to Billy G Montecasino, and I am sad our girls' night out was a flop. My friends wanted the to experience Billy G and because of Billy G at Montecasino, they never want to set foot at Billy G's anymore.
