SEVERE ABUSE AT MONTE CASINO FOURWAYS ATTENTION : CHRIS DU TOIT

ABUSE AT MONTE CASINO JOHANNESBURG FOURWAYS I hereby wish to lay a massive complaint to Monte Casino in Fourways Johannesburg, the head being Chris Du Toit for allowing players to be bul****, hit and attacked verbally on your casino floors. The management and I mean all staff are not sympathetic to us being bul**** and to think this money pays your salaried from us! We spend alot there. About a year ago to my recollection I had an incident with an elderly Indian lady player who plays alot at Monte from night till morning and books up to 4 machines for herself to play. One particular day I had walked up to one of the machines and no one was sitting there so I wanted to see how much the machine had costed on a 5 cent bet whilst she was behind me playing another machine. By pure true accident I had clicked to see the amountnof the 5 cent and it hit R12.50 off her card , so immediately she ran up to me and swore at me and hit me so hard on my chest/ breast area that I fell back. She continued to down me with defaming my name saying I am a *****, a drunked, all sorts of names infront of my son and even called my son my husband. I politely told her I was really sorry and I added R50 in her machine as a kind gesture and that made things even worse as she wanted to make me feel like a *****. To sum this up she was brought in for questioning and she was found guilty. I was told she was banned but I saw her a few days later playing again so this was a lie by another Indian head lady on the floor who looked at the camera footage. I then went yesterday with the same son of mine in the morning and I happened to walk past the exact area and I don't know her personally at all. She was again playing 3 to 4 machines in the exact position she hit me. So this time she was on the other side and I proceeded to high stakes and my son said " no mom there is a card in there" so as we proceeded to walk in another direction which is all on camera yesterday she ran after me again starting swearing at me calling me a ***** and I didn't touch not one of her machines. It seems she was extremely aggressive and started to defame my character again. She hit your staff on the floor because they tried to hold her back from fighting. I saw at least she hit the one security guy at least 10 times all over his body. She kept coming for me as per camera footage, so I walked to guest relations and asked for the head. A new lady in charge " Rejoyce" handled the situation and told me to walk away but she had told me that all.of your staff know that elderly Indian lady very well and was banned recently by someone else, not me. She promised to come back to me I haven't heard anything as yet. She did call once to say it's been investigated. In my opinion this lady has sever anger issues and should be permanently banned for being so obsessive. Firstly, over money, secondly attacking my character and falsely acussing me with all sorts of defamation of my character. What you Monte casino don't understand is that she hit me hard after I had a breast botched up and suffered pulmonary embolism shortly after she had hit me so hard thats on your camera footage. What I am shocked about is the same man she was hitting to go see how much money she won, that man told me. I must be sympathetic to her as she was " burnt." This has nothing to do with being burnt. This has got to do with my life is at stake when she is there She can potentionally mur...er me..those words came out her mouth to me that she wants to hit me and beat me up. I have never laid a finger on her at all. She called me a pathological **** and I am sure if you understand psychology, that means she is one because I speak the truth, not lies, and she was lying all the time . She said I scratched her, which is a blatant lie as I have never touched a woman in my life. We did point fingers, but she was more aggressive than me and wanted to clearly hit me.again yesterday. I could not enjoy my day so my son and I left and returned later so that we could play when she is gone. I am a black card holder and I have won many and I have been to your casino when it was still at Northgate. I feel some of your staff do not care at all and nothing is ever done about this abuse. Not so long ago, I was parked in your parking section nearest to William Nicole and an Indian young man almost drove me over as I crossed the zebra crossing to go into the casino from the outside area. He came out the black card side and was driving I believe at an 80 speed limit and he just missed me by an inch almost potentionally killing me. I laid a complaint. All I got was a " sorry". Thry saw this on footage and confirmed he almost drove me over. I want something serious to be done about this. I want to lay a charge against her but your staff are refusing to give me.her name. What is Monte casino going to do about all this abuse? Your security staff are not doing their job. Your cards break on a weekly or daily basis. The place has become so bad since the last 3 years I would say. My rights remain reserved.
