Securty guards disrespectful and rude!!!

On the 31st of January at 8:30p.m, my family and I went to Montecasino. My husband is a platinum card holder. there was no parking close to the entrance so he dropped my daughter and I off at the entrance and went to park the car. he was chased out the parking lot by security because he did not have his card, his wallet and card was in my bag. the security said that the pushed his way through the gate and he must go away from there. how can you push your way through a boomed gate? and even if that was possible that means that there is no control of security at the entrance. they embarrassed him in front of other people at the parking lot. we spend thousands at monte every month only to get treated like beggars. this is unacceptable.!!!!! everyone I know always has a problem with the security at monte. management really need to take some action and have some order.
